Offering a unique and memorable ceremony
crafted with care to remember the life of your loved one
Choosing to work as a funeral celebrant is the very best choice I have ever made.
I love what I do and making what can be a challenging event a positive and memorable experience is my primary objective. If you think your loved one would have approved of the arrangements and choices you have made … I have done what I set out to.
Being chosen to lead a ceremony for a loved one is an absolute privilege. I believe my life experiences and interests give me a firm perspective for helping in music and reading selections if required.
For a large part of my working life I have planned events, managed projects and gained a reputation as an outstanding communicator and relationship builder. I have also worked closely with clients, building trust and ensuring they have the very best experience.
In addition to my professional background I have a lifelong love of the English language, writing, poetry and musical performance. I enjoy and perform all genres of music … from Mozart’s Requiem to Danny Boy.
I have belonged to numerous choirs from a very young age and over the years I have been a lead vocalist with a rock band and a jazz combo. Most recently I have sung with choirs at Koko in Camden, Union Chapel and Central Hall, Westminster. As a member of a backing choir, I have also supported Barry Manilow at the O2 Arena and Blake at the Union Chapel, Islington and the Churchill Theatre, Bromley.
